Policies and procedures are an important factor to ensure the safety and well being of all children and staff at Kingston St Mary Pre-school. All of our detailed policies are regularly reviewed and we welcome any suggestions from parents.

Communication
Day to day matters concerning your child should be taken direct to the Pre-school Supervisor. All parents and carers will be sent regular newsletters and information throughout the year detailing future events, activities, etc. There is notice board containing daily activities and other relevant information.
Complaints Procedure
Day to day matters concerning your child should be taken to the Pre-school Supervisor, who will liase with other members of staff who have direct dealings with your child. Any complaints regarding staff or the running of the pre-school must be made to a Committee member or the Chairperson. The Chairperson will act as a mediator in all events. All matters of course will be treated in strictest confidence. See “Complaints Procedure” policy for further information. Any complaints relating to Kingston St Mary Primary School should be taken to the Head Teacher.
